Profile

Qionghua (Chloe) Weng obtained her Ph.D from Binghamton University, State University of New York, majoring in Biomedical Engineering. She has a master degree in Software Engineering from Shanghai Jiaotong University. Her research area include medical device, clinical science and engineering, medical image processing, signal processing, etc. Ms. Weng has technical publications in international journal IEEE. She is also an inventor with one issued Chinese patent and one U.S. patent application pending. 

Dr. Weng is also familiar with Chinese Patent Law. Prior to joining Anova, she worked at patent agencies in China every summer from 2007 to 2013. In July 2011, she was selected to a highly competitive summer school program on intellectual property held at World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) headquarter in Geneva, Switzerland.
