Profile

Mr. Chen obtained BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering. Mr. Chen is also a registered US patent agent with experiences in international and US patent prosecution. He composed patent specifications, drafted claims, and prosecuted patent cases in the fields of electrical engineering and computer science.  The areas of applications that Mr. Chen covers include semiconductor manufacturing processes, smart phone technologies, artificial intelligence, machine learning, cloud computing, software defined network, IoT, Internet security, unmanned aerial vehicles, electric vehicles, and battery technologies, etc.

Before joining Anova, Mr. Chen held management positions in startup companies as well as large corporations.  Mr. Chen had extensive R&D experiences in mobile networks, computer networking, and optical semiconductor amplifiers, etc.
